There has been a lot of talk about a World of Warcraft movie for many years now and, while we have yet to see it happen, it does finally look like being made. Duncan Jones signed on to direct the movie, as well as being involved with the writing of the screenplay for Warcraft.
With the movie looking like it is going to hit the big screen in 2015, casting and production can surely not be too far away. This has led to many casting rumours, with a lot of people claiming that 12 Years a Slave actor Paul Dano has been cast for a role in Warcraft.
Now, during a recent interview with Collider, Paul appears to confirm that these rumours are true. While he tries not to give a definitive answer, Paul does manage to hint that appearing in Warcraft is a strong possibility.
Dano explained, "I can’t say anything, because I feel like rumors get crazy and people blow up the whole internet with news. I feel like, once you’re doing a job, you shouldn’t talk about it. And so, I guess in a way, that’s an answer. I’m not gonna give a yes or no but, I’m a fan of Duncan Jones, so, he’s somebody that I would want to meet if he was doing a film or something like that."
The fact that he says "once you’re doing a job, you shouldn’t talk about it", as well as "I can’t say anything", it is almost as if he is confirming that he will star in Warcraft. What do you think?
