There was once a time in Hollywood when the actors and actresses would look to focus their careers on either television work or movie work, with the occasional switch between the two. These days though, it seems that there are more and more Hollywood stars mixing their movie work with television roles.
One such star, who has worked and plenty of television shows and movies over the years, is actress Vera Farmiga. Vera has had a very active and successful movie career, while she also stars in the hit television series Bates Motel and the actress has opened about moving between the two.
Farmiga told Huffington Post, "You know, they're so interchangeable for me and just especially in the last decade I have changed the way that I watch. Like, Conjuring, and if and when there's a Conjuring 2, is no different than episodic Bates. It's the same sort of sequel, it's like sequel television but there's a greater time span between. I apply myself exactly in the same way."
Fans of Vera Farmiga can catch her in her now familiar role as Norma Bates, starring alongside Freddie Highmore and Max Theiriot, when Bates Motel season two premieres on March 3. Meanwhile, she can currently be seen in limited theatres in the US, starring alongside Taissa Farmiga and Andy Garcia, in the movie At Middleton.
